Our Methods
DLA combines a detailed knowledge of our clients' requirements and an understanding of candidates' abilities and goals. We develop a detailed client profile - your business, culture and corporate philosophy - in a face-to-face situation. In consultation with you, our client, we decide on the best way to approach an assignment.
This may be, for example, through database search, targeted search or advertising (or a combination). We arrange interviews for you with shortlisted candidates and you can use our interview facilities, if appropriate. DLA provides extensive reference checking and testing where appropriate [click here to learn about profiling methods] and liaise with both parties throughout the process of offer, acceptance and post appointment, to ensure a problem-free placement.
