QBE wins the 2011 Sue Ronai Memorial Excellence in Claims Award

QBE Australia Insurance Ltd has been awarded the 2011 Sue Ronai Memorial Excellence in Claims Award. The award has been accepted by Jason Clarke, Regional Manager Vic/Tas who was delighted to receive the honor of being recognised as a leader in the industry for their Claim services, in spite of the challenges the industry has faced in the past year.

The Perpetual trophy, donated by Austbrokers Phillips is a tribute to the late Sue Ronai, held annually to commemorate her valuable contribution to Claims and the Insurance industry as a whole. Companies are evaluated by a 12 point criteria and voted on by staff, where all major Insurers and Underwriting Agencies are eligible for the award.
