Executive Leasing:

DLA Consulting has introduced Executive Leasing in response to increasing demand for contract senior executives.  Specialist skills are available in General Management, HR, Finance and Accounting, Insurance, Workers Compensation, OH&S and Risk Management to name a few.

You may require the services of one of our 'leased' executives for:

  1. Restructuring or Business Process Re-engineering
  2. Project Management
  3. Unexpected executive departures or absences i.e. sick or maternity leave
  4. Start up or wind down of operations

We regularly communicate with you during assignments.  This contact includes, where possible and appropriate, regular telephone calls, personal meetings, written assessment of the performance of our staff and your satisfaction levels in respect of our service to ensure all parties are working towards mutual satisfaction and success.

Fast Response:

In many cases when a client requests project staff, they are needed VERY QUICKLY! At DLA we endeavour to let you know, within one hour if we are able to meet your needs.  To fill a same-day/short notice requirement, we maintain a pool of “on-call” temporary staff.

Quality Control:

To help us provide you with appropriately skilled personnel, we test staff for keyboard accuracy, speed, software proficiency and we use a range of aptitude tests for IQ, Customer Service, Software Skills and Clerical/Admin aptitude.  All results are available for perusal.

Interviewing:

All temporary/contract staff are interviewed before commencement.  Background, goals, skills, availability and potential are investigated.  Other areas addressed include flexibility in the workplace and transport arrangements.

Reference Checking:

It is DLA company and quality policy for all our staff to be thoroughly reference checked before commencement.  We consider this to be a crucial part of our quality placement and record keeping procedures.

Induction/OH&S:

It is DLA policy to provide an induction incorporating Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

Guarantee:

If DLA is informed within the first four hours of an assignment that the temporary staff member is unsuitable, you will not be charged for hours already worked.  We will endeavour to replace the staff member immediately.
