Denise Lock - CRC, FAICD - Managing Director

Denise commenced her career in Australia in 1982 as a Senior Personnel Consultant. In 1983 she became a partner of the Consultancy she was with. After successfully building and developing this business to a National Operation, Denise opened her own Consultancy in 1989. She specialises in executive recruitment, senior appointments and technical/professional recruitment through the Asia Pacific Region.

Toni Fitzpatrick – General Manager

Toni has been a client of DLA for many years & is very well known within the Insurance industry, particularly within the SME/ Middle Broker Market from her work with the NIBA Committee and her previous involvement over the years of sponsoring the NIBA, Steadfast RIBA and Institute Conferences. Her previous roles include co-owner of a Broking Company, National Operations Manager for the Concord Insurance Group, & General Manager of BJS Insurance Brokers (Australia) Pty Ltd and she has developed extensive networks across Australia.
